We have established a claim fund, whereby we charge a fee for the benefit of this claim fund with each booking.

The fund enables us, to cover damages caused by guests. It also covers any missing goods.

The amounts we charge in 2023 per are:

• € 15,00 including 21% VAT for a booking of a chalet
• € 25.00 including 21% VAT for a booking of a bungalow
.

By keeping these amounts in the fund, we have sufficient buffer to repair all damages immediately, replace any goods and make sure that everything looks great for the next tenant without having to go after the culprit and wait for a possible compensation for the damage.
Caused damages we will always try to recover from the perpetrator, but in practice it is not always a guaranteed case that you will get the damage compensated.
