Information for chalet owners

Tarifs emplacements permanents

  • Le loyer d'un terrain en 2024 est de : Pour 8 mois (TV et Internet compris) du 1er mars au 31 octobre 2024, 2 454 € HT
  • Pendant 12 mois (TV et Internet compris) du 1er janvier au 31 décembre 2024, 2740 € HT

Les tarifs pour 2025 seront :

  • Pour 8 mois (TV et Internet compris) du 1er mars au 31 octobre 2025, 2570 € HT.
  • Pendant 12 mois (TV et Internet compris) du 1er janvier au 31 décembre 2025, 2 875 € HT.

Le taux de TVA pour les implantations permanentes est (encore) de 9 % en 2024 et 2025.
Le gouvernement prévoit d'augmenter le taux de TVA de 9% à 21% à compter du 1er janvier 2026. Même si cela n’est pas encore définitif, il est judicieux d’en tenir compte.

What you need to know if you want to sell your chalet

You can always sell your chalet to whom you want and at any price you agree. The buyer must then pick up the chalet and you must leave the plot/fixed pitch completely empty.

If your potential buyer wants to leave the chalet on the plot/fixed pitch you can NOT sell directly! This means that you do not terminate the lease of the fixed pitch, but that you would like the lease to be transferred to the name of your potential buyer. We do not work directly on this. This is because we also want to give other potential tenants a chance to rent the plot/fixed pitch. In this case, we are going to take the following steps:

  • We are first going to determine if the chalet meets our requirements to remain.
  • If the chalet can stay then you can sell it. We do want to know who the new buyer is and must give approval.
  • If your chalet is too old and will have to be replaced in the future, then you have to let the buyer know.
  • The new buyer will be informed about this.
  • The new buyer will enter into a new rental agreement with us for the plot.
  • The entrance fee to rent at our park is for the new buyer € 5000. This has nothing to do with the selling price of your chalet.
  • Always agree a sale with us first to be sure of the conditions.
