Bicycle rental has stopped. This service will be available again in the 2nd quarter of 2025.

Rent a bicycle, e-bike or e-cargo bike

Rent a bicycle, e-bike or e-cargo bike from our park. You can pick up and return the bikes at Parkhuys. It couldn't be easier!

How does it work?

From March 23 you can rent bicycles, e-bikes and e-cargo bikes here.
Click on 'Rent now' below. You then go to the webshop and can order and pay online.
We leave the bicycles ready at the Parkhuys before 10:00 in the morning.
The keys to the bicycles you selected are in a key safe. You will receive an email with photos of where the locker is located and a code for the locker.
Open the locker, take the key(s), unlock the bicycle(s) and scan the QR code on the bicycle(s) for the instructions for the bicycle(s) in question.
After the rental period, deposit the keys in the slot of the key safe.

Rent an accommodation

In addition to park management, we also have a professional rental organization that is completely focused on your stay, your accommodation and the park. Renting through Recreatiepark De Wielen offers security and is a guarantee for a carefree and wonderful vacation.

't Parkhuys

't Parkhuys is the central building at De Wielen Recreation Park. There are many facilities here, including a cafe, bicycle rental and washing machine and dryer.

Swimming pools

Enjoy a nice large outdoor swimming pool. There is a large swimming pool and a small paddling pool. Both pools are heated to 21 degrees.

Playground

The playground is located next to the Parkhuys where the bar and cafe are located. You can keep an eye on your child from the terrace.

Sports field

Behind the Parkhuys is a lawn with football goals. Badminton and volleyball can soon also be played using a mobile net.

Jeu de Boules court

The track has special gravel making it a real professional track. It is sheltered under trees and is illuminated so you can play until late in the evening.

Charging stations

10 cars can charge at the same time in our park. The starting rate is € 0.50 (ex VAT) and the rate per kWh is also € 0.50. (ex VAT)

Washing and drying

The laundry room is open 24 hours a day and visitors to the park can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.

Public showers

There are two public showers in the Parkhuys. The shower room is open 24 hours a day and visitors to the park can use the showers for a fee.

Fishing

You can pick up a fishing pass at the Parkhuys and then you can fish in one of the two lakes for carp, among other things. There are several fishing piers where you can relax.

Fresh rolls and everything for a delicious breakfast

Order in the webshop of Recreation Park De Wielen and the Spar from Dirkshorn will bring your fresh rolls and breakfast. You can pick up your order the next morning from 8 am in the hall of the Parkhuys.
