We have set up a compensation fund, whereby we charge an amount for every booking for this compensation fund.

The fund enables us to cover damage caused by guests. This also covers any loss of goods.

The amounts we will charge in 2023 are:

• € 15.00 including 21% VAT for a chalet booking
• € 25.00 including 21% VAT per booking of a bungalow.
   

By keeping these amounts in the fund, we have sufficient buffer to immediately repair all damage, replace any goods and ensure that everything looks good again for the next tenant without first having to chase down the perpetrator to go and wait for possible compensation for the damage.
We will of course always try to recover any damage caused from the perpetrator, but in practice it appears that this is not always a guarantee that you will also be reimbursed for the damage.
